65 to 55

Hai hello hola and assalamualaikum : )
nampak entry number tuhhh ? hehe nak bagitau saya azlian jusnida telah berjaya mencapai target untuk kembali kepada number 55 : ) sangat sangat bangga denga diri sendiri.
So, right now i am targeting for 50 by the first day of raya AMIN :)
tahu tak betapa penatnya nak kurus kan badan ? grr -.- i manage to lose 5kg permonth which mean i lost 1kg in a week la kan ? hehe kira-kira sudahh.
benda nih start when one time ni, i check my weight and it was almost 65 and there's one time i da cecah that number, T_T seriously tau tau. sangat rasa nak pitam pengsan dekat situ juga. try tanya juju He knows :P
Start dari tuhla i jogging, stop eating nasi, mcd, kfc, secret recipe, semua benda involves cheese. Ice cream, sundae keropok cadbury apa ntah lagi -_____________- sangat tidak best okayh.
Ada one time tuh, i don't eat for almost a week memang rasa sangat penat tapi berbaloi hoiiiii. Then, kita start makan back, saya makan nasi seminggu sekali. Selalu makan biscuits, pagi-pagi wajib makan cereals. Malam makan roti kalau balik rumah memang ah makan kaann kaan so i will try to control myself.
Korang will perasan, after awhile korang dah tak makan banyak macam dulu your perut won't tahan bila kita makan banyak.
Contoh ada sekali nih, i went to Mcd with hakiim. I order double cheese burger. 
After minum coke and makan the burger i can't eat the fries sebab dah terlalu kenyang sedangkan sehari suntuk tak makkan =='' then baru realised everytime i ate more my stomach can't handle banyak. So, time nih, body or basically perut korang won't jadi macam dulu. Boleh makan banyak mana aja T_T sebab try tanya hakiim sehari berapa kali i ate and apa i ate. Hihi banyak kot =='' So here are the tips :

1. Jangan makan nasi terlau banyak or kurangkan la kuantiti korang. Tapi kalau korang nak juga makan nasi sampai dua kali sehari korang kena jog sebab nak burn balik all the fats. Oh and jangan amek lauk macam ayam ke hape esp yang banyak fat fat. Tak pun korang makan nasi seminggu sekali. Try ganti with mee or mihun and better masak sendiri sebab kalau kita masak, kita can masak sikit sikit je.

2. Stop all those fast food thingy including carbonated drink. Encik hakiim ajar me tu minum banyak air suam.

3. Kalau korang rajin jogginglah seminggu sekali sebab dulu i did that tapi now tak lah -.-

4. Jangan makan ice-cream kalau boleh, keropok and cadbury.

5. Bila korang rasa nak give up. Try usha seventeen, cleo or kawan-kawan korang yg kurus. Then, walah :) Korang will dapat rasa the boost up. Kalau saya i will tengok seventten and movies yg involve skinny people :) hehe percayalah it works 

6. Bila korang rasa lapar minum milo or bliss :) sebab dia will buat korang kenyang.

7. Ahhhh, make sure everyday masuk toilet to get rid all thse yg korang makan a day before. Siapa yang susah tuh minum bliss or yakult okay. Kalau saya i will beli bliss tropicana almost twice every week.

8. Percayalah if korang follow my rules *ececeh korang wont get sick cuma at first korang rasa lapar sebab baru start. After awhile korang boleh je. 

9. You will only get sicks if korang gila tak masukkan makanan langsung dalam perut. So try makan makananan yang ini ye, roti with scrambled egg, cereals with milk and try to eat something diff from nasi macam mee, keutiaw or mihum

10. Makan nasi jangan overdose ye =='' try amek sayur sekali even i pun tak =='' hehe

p/s: paling penting bersabar, sebab in the end of it. What we aim kita akan dapat :)

    klu ko dpt trun berat smp berat hingga 50 kg,mmg ko dah pecah rekod lah.Haha.Bravo!!
